I am the Great Empress, behind the Mighty Emperor; the Queen Mother behind the King Father; the Nurse, behind Le Chef! There are times, however, where I find myself losing my compassion, my compass, as well as my Nurse/North pole: how can I be expected to do it all, and still look good with all those demands placed on me?

I stretch from right to left to help the many wounded. My life is like a General Hospital, whose soap opera can never ever be sanitized! However cute, doctors are like babies to breastfeed, and I never get to rest or even feed myself! I work so hard to heal others that I’m putting myself in DANGER: too much! The buried RAGE is what makes me AGE so fast! Moreover, I have very little means: unlike the Witch who has a voice to ask for what she wants and needs, I’m a Mother who must smile when my heart is breaking! So yes, I am Miser-able, as I’m taught to resist what I feel, to please others.

My gift is the S in NEST: I thank “God” for it! It is where I get to protect and nurture my family. When taking the S out of it, it becomes the Safety NET that gives me the courage to jump: now my S-Mothering become true Mothering!
